OCRRA provides the following items (except the trash bag stickers and compost passes), at no charge, to apartment complex managers, businesses, hotels, motels and schools in OCRRA’s service area (Onondaga County, NY – excluding the town and village of Skaneateles). Quantity limits apply to certain items. All orders must be picked up at OCRRA’s main office. Supplies ordered here will not be delivered by OCRRA.
